День 1. Arrival in Kathmandu
Upon arrival in Kathmandu, you'll be picked up from the airport and transferred to your Hotel. You can either rest or explore the city. In the evening, you'll have a short briefing about your Everest Base Camp Trek. Overnight in Kathmandu.
День 2. Fly to Lukla and Trek to Phakding
You will be picked up from your hotel and transferred to the airport for your flight to Lukla. The short mountain flight offers beautiful views of green hills, deep valleys, and Himalayan peaks.
Once we arrive in Lukla, you will meet the trekking crew and begin walking along the trail toward Phakding. The route passes through small Sherpa settlements, stone-paved paths, and suspension bridges over the Dudh Koshi River.
Today's walk is relatively gentle, giving your body time to adjust to the mountain environment before the trail becomes steeper. Overnight in Phakding.
День 3. Phakding to Namche Bazaar
Today, you’ll continue along the Dudh Koshi Valley, crossing several suspension bridges and passing through villages such as Monjo and Jorsale. You will enter Sagarmatha National Park, where the trail follows forested paths and riverbanks before reaching the famous Hillary Suspension Bridge.
Beyond the bridge, the climb to Namche Bazaar becomes more challenging, but the first distant views of Everest may reward your effort when the weather is clear. Namche is the main trading hub of the Khumbu region, with bakeries, small shops, cafes, and mountain lodges where you can relax after the day's walk. Overnight at teahouses in Namche Bazaar.
День 4. Acclimatization Day at Namche Bazaar
Today, you’ll spend an extra day in Namche to help your body adjust to the increasing altitude. Rather than staying all day indoors, you will take a short acclimatization hike to Everest View Hotel before returning to Namche for the night. Depending on conditions and your pace, you may explore the nearby villages of Khumjung and Khunde.
These areas offer wonderful views of Everest, Ama Dablam, and other surrounding peaks on clear days. Once back in Namche, you can enjoy a relaxed afternoon, explore the local market, or prepare for the next stage of the trek.
День 5. Namche Bazaar to Tengboche
Leaving Namche behind, you follow a scenic trail that contours along the mountainside, with beautiful views of Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse, and Ama Dablam. The path descends toward the river at Phunki Tenga before climbing steadily through pine and rhododendron forests to Tengboche. This peaceful mountain settlement is famous for Tengboche Monastery, an important spiritual centre for the Sherpa community.
If the monastery is open, you may have the opportunity to visit and experience its calm atmosphere. Stay at teahouses in Tengboche.
День 6. Tengboche to Dingboche
After breakfast, you descend through forested paths toward Deboche and cross the Imja Khola before continuing toward Pangboche. Along the way, the landscape gradually opens up, revealing wide mountain views and traditional Sherpa settlements. You pass through Pangboche, one of the region's well-known villages, before continuing toward the open valley leading to Dingboche.
As we gain altitude, trees become less common, and the landscape takes on a more rugged, alpine character. Dingboche is surrounded by stone-walled fields and impressive mountain scenery, making it a welcome place to rest before heading higher into the Khumbu region.
День 7. Acclimatization in Dingboche
Today is another important acclimatization day before you continue toward the higher sections of the trek. After breakfast, you can take a gradual hike toward Nagarjun Hill, also known as Nangkartshang Peak, depending on weather conditions and how you are feeling. The climb offers sweeping views of Makalu, Lhotse, Ama Dablam, and the surrounding valley.
You do not need to reach the highest point to benefit from the hike; walking at a comfortable pace is what matters most. You'll return to Dingboche for the night, leaving time to rest and enjoy a warm meal.
День 8. Dingboche to Lobuche
Today's walk takes you farther into the high Himalayas. You’ll begin with a gradual ascent out of Dingboche before reaching Thukla, where we can stop for a break and something to eat. From there, a steeper climb leads to the memorial area dedicated to climbers and mountaineers who lost their lives on Everest and other Himalayan peaks. It is a quiet and moving place to pause and reflect.
Beyond the memorials, the trail continues across a rocky, windswept landscape toward Lobuche. With the mountains growing closer and the air becoming thinner, you take your time and maintain a steady pace throughout the day.
День 9. Trek to Everest Base Camp and back to Gorekshep
This is one of the most memorable days of the entire journey. After breakfast, you trek toward Gorak Shep, where you leave your main bags at the lodge before continuing to Everest Base Camp. The trail follows the rocky terrain beside the Khumbu Glacier, with views of towering Himalayan peaks and dramatic glacial formations.
Reaching Everest Base Camp is a special moment, offering a close look at the landscape used by climbers preparing for their Everest expeditions. After spending some time taking photographs and enjoying the surroundings, you retrace your steps to Gorak Shep for the night. The walk is demanding at this altitude, so you take regular breaks and follow our guide's advice.
День 10. Hike to Kala Patthar and trek to Pheriche
You start early this morning for the hike to Kala Patthar, one of the best-known viewpoints in the Everest region. The climb is steep and challenging in the thin mountain air, but the views from the top can be extraordinary. On a clear morning, you can see Mount Everest, Nuptse, Pumori, and the surrounding Himalayan giants in the early light.
After spending some time at the viewpoint, we return to Gorak Shep for breakfast and continue downhill toward Pheriche. Losing elevation usually makes walking feel easier, although the long descent still requires care and a comfortable pace. Overnight in Pheriche.
День 11. Pheriche to Namche Bazaar
Today, you retrace your route through the Khumbu Valley, walking past Pangboche and Tengboche before descending toward the river and climbing back to Namche Bazaar. The lower elevation gradually brings thicker air and more vegetation, making the walk feel different from the exposed upper trail. Along the way, you can enjoy your final close views of familiar peaks and pass through villages where local life continues much as it has for generations. Once you reach Namche, you can take a well-earned rest, enjoy a bakery treat, or spend some time browsing the local shops.
День 12. Namche to Lukla
After breakfast in Namche, you begin the final day of trekking, descending through the Dudh Koshi Valley and crossing suspension bridges as you pass through Monjo, Phakding, and other small settlements. There are a few uphill sections along the way, so you continue at a comfortable pace. Reaching Lukla marks the end of our walking journey in the Everest region. It is a good time to look back on the experience, thank the trekking crew, and celebrate the achievement of reaching Everest Base Camp and Kala Patthar. You spent the night in Lukla, ready for your return flight the following day.
День 13. Fly Back to Kathmandu
You take a morning flight from Lukla to Kathmandu, subject to weather and airline operations. As the aircraft leaves the mountains behind, you may get another glimpse of the Himalayan landscape that has been part of your journey.
After arriving in Kathmandu, our representative will transfer you to your hotel. The rest of the day is free for you to relax, explore the city, shop for souvenirs, or enjoy a celebratory dinner. If flights are delayed or cancelled because of weather, we will help coordinate the necessary arrangements, although additional accommodation or transport costs may apply depending on your booking terms.
День 14. Final departure
Your Everest Base Camp adventure comes to an end today. Depending on your flight schedule, you can enjoy breakfast at the hotel or spend some time relaxing before departure. Our team will arrange your transfer to Tribhuvan International Airport at the appropriate time.
As you leave Nepal, you will take home memories of mountain villages, Sherpa culture, breathtaking Himalayan views, and the achievement of trekking to the foot of the world's highest mountain. We hope to welcome you back to Nepal for another adventure in the future.

Комментарий тревел-эксперта:
The Everest Base Camp Trek is moderately difficult to challenging, requiring good physical fitness, stamina, and proper acclimatization. The 14-day journey involves walking around 5-7 hours daily across rocky trails, steep ascents, and high-altitude terrain, reaching Everest Base Camp at 5,364m and Kala Patthar at approximately 5,545m.
Although technical climbing skills are not required, the increasing altitude, cold temperatures, and long walking days can make the trek demanding. With regular preparation, a gradual itinerary, and an experienced guide, fit beginners can also complete this rewarding Himalayan adventure.
