We want to provide maximum flexibility to give you an unforgettable adventure risk-free in case something changes. We also encourage you not to cancel booking tours earlier than the dates of introduction of restrictive measures in your region or in the region of tours are known.


100% risk-free booking


Prepayments for bookings cancelled due to coronavirus are subject to a 100% refund in the form of a certificate when providing a confirmation of Covid-19 no later than 72 hours before the trip.
The certificate is issued by a travel expert in your merchant profile YouTravel.me. When choosing a new trip, you can choose another author's tour from the same travel expert at any time. We will send you a new confirmation for the amount of the certificate. You won't have to pay again. Period of travel: not restricted. Route: unlimited. There is no cancellation fee.

Advance payments for bookings cancelled due to coronavirus disease, if you provide a Covid-19 confirmation certificate 72 hours before the start of the tour and later, or if you cancel without a Covid-19 confirmation certificate, can be refunded to the card. The refund amount is sent after deducting the FPR and transaction costs (FPR is the actual costs incurred, which will not be refunded by the contractors to the organizer).

In other cases, cancellation rules are set by travel experts individually for each tour and are indicated on the tour page. If the travel expert did not specify the cancellation rules on the tour page, then the following rules apply:The public Offer and these regulations.


If restrictive measures are introduced, special measures are applied at the legislative level.

If restrictive measures are introduced in the country / region of the traveler's stay, the tour will be rescheduled or canceled at the initiative of the travel expert. How do i request a cancellation? 

1. Please Read this Policy. If you are subject to the Cancellation policy due to Covid-19, please prepare the necessary confirmations.

2. Contact a travel expert to discuss the best option for both parties.You can use the settlement form on the site or the chat on the site for this purpose YouTravel.me.

If you have any problems with cancellation , please contact the support service on the site or send a request to your email address hello@youtravel.me. Applications must be submitted within 14 days of the cancellation request.


*Despite the fact that the Coronavirus pandemic is a force majeure event (force majeure) in accordance with article 401 of the civil code of the Russian Federation, however, it does not release the travel expert from fulfilling its obligations.
