5. The cost of the trip

The cost of travel for all participants must correspond to the transaction passing through the Internet acquiring system.

The cost of travel is the total cost of a tour package or hotel accommodation for all participants of the trip for the entire period of stay. The cost of the tour per day is the total cost of the tour divided by the number of nights. It is paid once on the card of the payment system "Mir". The number of purchases is unlimited: you can buy several tours or pay for hotel accommodation several times.

6. Availability of a license from a tour operator

If no cancellation operation is performed when making changes to the purchased trip, the refund under the Program is saved. The Program Partner has the right to independently make changes to the details of the trip, but with the condition that it meets the requirements of the Program, including in terms of completion before December 24, 2021 inclusive.

What should I do if a tourist decides to cancel a trip?

Make a cancellation of the purchase to the Mir card from which the payment was made.

Cancellation is made only by non-cash payment (cash refund is not possible) and in accordance with the procedure established by the bank's acquiring conditions.

The cancellation procedure is provided by the acquiring bank.

All refunds of tourist services purchased under the Program must be made using the same acquiring terminals (Terminal ID/Merchant ID) that were used to purchase these tourist services.

To clarify the procedure for the purchase refund operation, you need to contact the acquiring bank that issued the identifiers that you use in the Program.

Important: the refund is made to the same Mir card with which the payment was made. For violation of this procedure, a tour operator or a hotel can be fined under Article 15.1 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation in the amount of 50,000 rubles.

The refund is debited from the tourist's bank card in electronic form. The operation is performed by the MIR payment system automatically, the aggregator, tour operator or hotel does not need to do anything additionally.

When making a refund, the accrued subsidy (refund) will be debited (withheld) in full 100%, regardless of the cancellation conditions of the tour operator, aggregator or hotel.

Is it possible to partially refund money for a paid trip?

A partial refund of funds to the tourist is possible, but the accrued refund will be debited (withheld) in full.

The amount of the accrued refund will be automatically debited from the tourist in full. At the same time, when making a refund, the tour operator, aggregator or hotel may charge a commission (or fine) for canceling the trip.

A tour operator, aggregator, or hotel may exclude / adjust offers on its website if the mandatory requirements are met:

- the duration must be at least 2 nights;

- the trip must be completed by December 24, 2021 inclusive;

- accommodation-it is mandatory to stay in a classified accommodation facility (hotel of any type or sanatorium) or a specialized accommodation vehicle.

IMPORTANT: the tour operator/hotel / aggregator may be fined if the offers posted on the official website page do not meet the above requirements.

In accordance with paragraph 8.5 of the Agreement on Information Technology Interaction with the Mir payment system, the tour operator/hotel is obliged to pay a fine of 20% (Twenty percent) of the total cost of tourist services sold outside the Program, in the case of:

a) the use of an Electronic terminal for the purpose of selling tourist services outside the requirements of the Government Decree and the Agreement,

In case of cancellation of the trip, the purchase is canceled. The refund of the trip cost is made only by a non-cash payment to the Mir card from which the payment was made. In this case, the tour operator or the hotel may charge a commission for canceling the trip.

Under the terms of the Program, the full amount of the accrued refund for the trip must also be refunded. The amount of the accrued refund will be debited from the card — this will happen automatically.
